I decided to join the Learn to Strength Train program because I wanted to prevent muscle loss as I get older and build the confidence to continue these workouts at home. The program has made me feel stronger both physically and mentally and I’ve noticed a real lift in my energy and confidence each week. My favourite part has been learning proper technique in a supportive environment, with the reassurance that everything is physio-led. “Wellbelle's 8-week strength program was the perfect way to kickstart my strength training journey. Super beginner-friendly but still pushed me to get stronger each week. The workouts are thoughtfully designed, backed by solid training principles, and focused on building strength safely and effectively. The coaches were amazing, so supportive and knowledgeable, and the community of women was just beautiful. Everyone was welcoming, encouraging, and genuinely passionate about health and wellbeing.
