In this workshop, you’ll discover what it really means when emotions get “stuck,” how to spot the warning signs, and simple ways to release that energy so you can feel lighter and freer. We’ll finish with a powerful practice: breathwork to shift stagnant energy, followed by a blissful Reiki-infused relaxation to restore balance and flow.
